At Wear N Vibe, we want you to love what you wear. Since we operate with a made-to-order model, please review our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

✅ Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

📩 To request a return, please email support@wearnvibe.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and the issue

  • A short description of the problem

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection

  • Color differences due to screen variation

  • Change of mind

  • Personalized or customized items

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed only:

  • After the returned product passes inspection

  • Or, in case of order cancellation before processing starts

Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

⚠️ Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • After this time, the order goes into production and cannot be changed or refunded.
